With over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, Install (Ceilings & Partitions) Ltd are renowned for top quality workmanship in installing ceilings and partitions, and carrying out internal fit-outs and refurbishments.  All operatives undertake industry recognised training and the majority possess, or are working towards, an NVQ qualification for CSCS accreditation.   All training is kept up to date in terms of health and safety, nominated first aiders, CSCS cards and SMSTS courses for senior personnel.

We are certified in Face-Fit Masks.

Recent training includes Fire Door Surveying and Fire Door Installation.  The Fire Safety Bill became Fire Safety Law in April 2021 and will be enforced in 2023.

For the fourth consecutive year, an apprentice undertaking an NVQ 2 in Interior Systems was nominated as Apprentice of the Year, with two winners and two runners up. Apprentices attended four week block bookings over a two year period at the CITB college.

As training evolves, operatives gain experience on site from which a work based On Site Assessment (OSAT) takes place, with practical and course work, resulting in an NVQ 2 in Ceilings / and or Partitions.

On-line training modules ensure annual compliance.

We also engage in operatives attending college over a two year period in order to obtain a City & Guilds 2 in Carpentry.

Specific training courses are attended as new products come onto the market place, or as our clients’ need dictate. Success is attributed to a combination of nurturing apprentices to develop their knowledge and skills, and guiding them through the course correctly.  The quality of our work has enabled client retention.  It is important that we work together with the same knowledge and understanding of our industry.

Prior to commencing works on site, Risk Assessments and Method Statements are prepared and then shared on site. We hold Tool Box Talks. Induction training is signed for.

If you wish to submit your Curriculum Vitae for consideration of our next apprentice in-take, applications are welcome.
